 | Greg has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1980, Greg joined Richard Goettle, Inc. as a Sales Engineer and Project Manager providing him with experience in sheeting and shoring projects throughout the United States. Greg took his enthusiasm and creativity to Johnson Doppler Lumber, a family owned lumber wholesaler in 1984. By 1987, Greg was setting sales records at the 67-year-old firm. While in this role, the material handling market segment caught Greg's attention. In 1994, Greg invented the ResinDek® Panel, which has become the premiere mezzanine flooring panel product sold across North America today. With a strong desire to change and invent products that serve customers better, Greg founded Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products. Today he views his role as a servant leader focusing upon a corporate culture that emphasizes empowerment, teamwork, growth, and development of employees. Greg is very involved in the marketing and new product development for Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products. | | |  | With over 25 years of working in upper management, Keith brings extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing, sales, and marketing to Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC. Keith heads up our ResinDek® Partner and Stocking Dealer programs, as well as all marketing aspects for the company. | | |  | Scott Scott is a 2002 graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He worked previously for Vectren Energy Delivery in Evansville, Indiana as a Project Engineer. Scott's responsibilities are managing of product testing, installation training, project quotes, and AutoCAD® layout drawings. | | |  | Jim Lindner earned a B.S. Degree in Wood Science and Technology from Michigan Technological University. He has over 25 years of design experience working for Wespatt, Monarch Machine Tool, Cincinnati Milacron, Hamilton Tool, and Pease Door Company. Jim works with the Engineering Staff to provide project quotes, AutoCAD® layout drawings, and support new development with testing and design experience. | | |  | Karen has a B.S. in Business Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She has almost 20 years of experience in the sales, purchasing, and management of industrial wood panel products. Karen is responsible for all quotes and manages the administrative team and all general office functions for Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC. | | |  | Jeanne Sarver, has over 30 years of experience in sales and customer service. Much of her career was spent working for Hasbro Toy Group, formerly Kenner products; involved in Product Management and Customer Service. Jeanne is responsible for Customer Service and Logistics. She is actively engaged in the process of making sure that our customers' orders arrive at jobsites across North America on time, as ordered and in good condition when they arrive. | | |  | Lisa's background comes mainly from the legal industry where she held several positions as an administrative assistant, legal secretary, and paralegal. Lisa works in the Customer Service Department. Her primary responsibilities are assisting customers with placing new orders, order changes, invoicing, accounts receivables, and account maintenance. She also works as backup to our administrative assistant and quotations manager. | | | |  | Pamela brings a diverse background in the service industry, with experience in customer service, order entry, shipping and receiving. Pamela’s duties at Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC include order processing, customer service, accounts payable, and marketing support. |
