Our engineered mezzanine fastening systems deliver safe, efficient installation of ResinDek® flooring panels in industrial and commercial facilities. Designed specifically for ResinDek panel installation, our high-quality fasteners ensure secure mounting and long-term structural integrity. Whether you’re installing elevated storage platforms, warehouse mezzanines, or multi-level work areas, our precision-engineered fastening solutions provide the reliability and safety your project demands. Each fastener system meets rigorous quality standards to guarantee proper load distribution and secure panel attachment for years of dependable performance.
Top-Side Fasteners for ResinDek® Panels
Engineered for strength, speed, and durability, ResinDek® top-side fasteners eliminate the need for manual pre-drilling or countersinking. Specialized wings near the top of the shaft create a clean counter-bore as the screw enters, seating the head flush with the panel surface.
Featuring a #2 square drive head and a heavy-duty drill point, these screws easily pierce up to 12-gauge steel decking. The thread design ensures the screw drills completely through both the ResinDek panel and steel deck before the threads engage, preventing panel lifting (jacking) during installation.

Invisi-Loc® Underside Engineered Fastening System
Invisi-Loc provides showcase mezzanine floors with no visible fasteners that are dependable, economical, and easy to install. The Invisi-Loc under-deck engineered fastening system mounts fasteners under the warehouse mezzanine floor, hiding unwanted screw holes on top. Plus, when installed with our pre-punched corrugated metal decking, installation time is reduced, and potentially dangerous metal shavings are eliminated.
- 20 Invisi-Loc engineered fasteners are required per 4′ x 8′ sheet. A pneudraulic installation tool and a standard medium-duty air compressor supplies the required power.
- Corrugated metal decking is pre-punched and B metal deck is fastened to the bar joists like other steel decking using drilling screws or welding.

Accessory FAQs
Do I need to pre-drill or countersink ResinDek® panels before installing fasteners?
No. ResinDek® top-side fasteners are engineered with specialized wings near the top of the screw shaft. As the screw is driven in, these wings automatically create a clean counter-bore for the screw head, seating it flush with the panel surface without requiring manual pre-drilling or separate countersinking steps.
What is the main advantage of the Invisi-Loc® system compared to standard top-side screws?
While top-side fasteners drive down through the top of the panel, the Invisi-Loc® system fastens ResinDek® panels entirely from the underside. This creates a 100% fastener-free top surface.
Can I use stand-up screw guns in all corrugated steel deck valleys?
Stand-up screw guns require a minimum deck valley width of 2.5 inches to fit properly. If your B-Deck or metal deck has valleys narrower than 2.5 inches, standard stand-up tools may not fit, and alternative installation methods or custom fasteners may be required.
Which ResinDek® panel grades are these standard top-side fasteners compatible with?
Our standard top-side fastening systems and collated screws are fully compatible with ResinDek® LD, MD, and HD flooring panels. If you are installing ResinDek® Xspan®, Max, or specialized thick-panel systems, we offer alternative high-capacity fastening solutions tailored to those specifications.
