Pre-Punched B-Deck for Invisi-Loc®

B-Deck FAQs
What is the difference between B-Deck and N-Deck?
Both are corrugated steel decking used for industrial platforms, but they have different profiles. B-Deck is 1.5 inches deep and has a narrower rib, making it the standard choice for most mezzanine floors. N-Deck is deeper (3 inches) with a wider rib, which allows it to span greater distances between structural beams.
What gauge B-Deck do I need for my mezzanine?
The required gauge depends on the beam spacing and the loads your platform must support (such as heavy machinery, pallet jacks, or AGVs). For most industrial platforms using 3/4″ ResinDek flooring, we recommend a minimum of 20-gauge steel or 18-gauge. How far can 1.5" B-Deck span?
