Logistics Support

Our in-house logistics department will coordinate the delivery of the ResinDek® products to the jobsite and will make sure your products are delivered on-time and to the right location. We track the shipments throughout the entire process, so you do not have to worry. Should an incident occur and ResinDek® products are damaged during transit, and it is our carrier, we will take the responsibility and do everything possible to rectify the situation. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality service at the most cost-effective price.

• Our in-house logistics department has experience with all modes of transportation, from small parcels to intermodal to full containers.
• We provide 2-week callouts to allow for flexibility at the jobsite, thus allowing us to expedite the order when required.
• We will optimize panel sizes and loading to reduce freight costs.
• We take photos of loaded containers and LTL shipments for shipping and receiving convenience.

Logistics Support for International Orders

We have years of experience exporting ResinDek all over the world. We prepare unique customs documents for every export order to ensure accuracy and to minimize any potential customs clearance issues. We provide CAD loading diagrams for each container as well as take loading photos for every container.
